1) Sending your story grants us your approval to post that information to our blog.  It also grants us the approval to add a title and potentially sub-title to capture reader attention.

2) We ask that you refrain from using profanity, do not send images, and keep your paragraph(s) relatively concise to meet the format of other posts.

3) Forge Ahead was born out of the COVID-19 pandemic and we would love your stories to focus on how you Forged Ahead during that time; however, you are not limited to speaking only about that period.  Please feel free to share best practices you've found, tips and other suggestions to help others Forge Ahead in their day-to-day.

4) Although we would love to post every submission, please keep in mind that sending in a story does not guarantee it will be posted.
